TRAVIS
No one knows the service industry like Travis. He has over 20 years of
experience installing pumps, water treatment, and general water well service.
He can diagnosis most any water problem you may have. His customer service
is top notch, he will talk you through your water well or pump issues and
answer questions along the way.
CONNOR
In 2023, after completing his required apprenticeship hours and successfully
passing the required state test, at the age of 17 Conner became WV’s youngest
certified pump installer. He is now a second-generation water well industry
worker. He is an exciting part of the business, learning the trade under master
plumbers and a master well driller. He completed his Class-A CDL training in
December 2023 from Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College.
THOMAS
Thomas is approaching five years with B.W. Smith He served in the US Army for
12 years. He holds a CDL license and is a valuable member of the business
serving mainly as the water well drillers helper. In addition he is skilled in pump
installation and service work
MASON
As the youngest employee Mason works part time on an as-needed basis, while
juggling chores, school work and playing basketball and baseball. He is always
willing to lend a hand.
BARRY
Call the shop and you will be greeted by the friendly, knowledgeable voice of
Barry. He has worked in the water well industry for over 10 years as a water
well helper and service technician. Currently he brought his knowledge into the
office, answering calls, scheduling, and water testing. He holds a CDL license
and enjoys driving the trucks and working in the field when needed.
CHRIS
At the helm of B.W. Smith Well Drilling is master well driller and pump installer
Chris Wolford. If you need a water well anywhere in the Potomac highlands
region of WV call Chris. He will meet you at your property, walk through,
discuss and locate a good site for your well.With over 20 years of continuously
drilling in the area his knowledge of the terrain is immense. Chances are he has
drilled a well near you. Working closely with local excavators, septic installers
and builders Chris has worked hard to make his company a reputable local
business.
TABITHA
Working behind the scenes is Tabitha. She takes care of the business
paperwork, payroll, advertisement, answering emails and phones.
