They showed up early at 7am ready to get started and Chris walked us through the process each step of the way. You can really tell he’s passionate about his work, and both he and Thomas were hardworking and just genuinely nice people. We were lucky enough to hit water within the first few hours and the whole process was really smooth. In the end we had a leak in the line and they pin pointed the probable area quickly. Action was taken and water back on line the same day. My cabin was located in a remote and tough location to access that others wouldn't touch, but BW was happy to work with me. Not only did the BW crew make it work and helped me with all the permitting, but they quickly bored the well to an optimum depth, which had fantastic recharge rates for the new well. They also worked a great price with no overcharging on the casing and such. Chris was clear what to expect and how much everything would cost and was very accurate. We have over a hundred horses on our farm, plus 9 people living here, so this was cause for panic. We called BW Smith as well as our plumbers and they came out Wednesday to try to fix our well. When it was clearly not fixable, even after hours working on it, BW Smith was here at 7 AM Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) to drill us a new well, and had it drilled by noon! B.W. Smith drilled my well 35 years ago and I am still so grateful for the wonderful job they did. I think I have the best tasting water in Hampshire County. Ever so satisfied and I’m sure Mr. Smith is smiling down from heaven.

B.W. Smith (Chris) has drilled 3 wells for us, one for our house & two for our high tunnels. Their work is flawless! They are fast, reliable & absolutely the best around! Above all, they are such amazing Godly people & you won’t get customer service like this with anyone else!! 100% recommend them!

Called a few well drillers and this was the only company that would call me back. Communication was excellent and these guys did an excellent job describing the scope of the work. These guys were excellent to work with from start to finish.
